Intergrating online and offline (marketing research) data at XChange

Here at the Ritz attending a huddle on integrating online and offline data which is being lead by Rachel Scotto from SonyPictures. Rachel is on the Social Media Committee at the Wen Analytics Association that I’m Board Director for.

By the way, I have posted about the discussion this morning with industry research analytics over at (just look for it, can’t carry over the link on my iPhone).

IT and Marketing don’t communicate well. A spirited discussion took place on how to structure data.
