April Wilson sits on the Board of Directors of the Web Analytics Association and is also head of the Analytics group at the Dallas Morning News. April was in New York for the day speaking at the Jakob Javits Center in a session titled – Marketing 2.0: The New Way to Create Customer Loyalty .
I went over to meet April briefly today and sat in on the session and filmed parts of it – it’s pretty good – not sure how well it translates onto video – but I thought she and her co-presenter Jill Zoria from Communifax made some good points.
