I was kinda thinking about a Social Media Diagram I saw today on Search Engine Land titled – Search Illustrated: Building A Company With Social Media; it clearly needs more definition but it’s rare to see the Social Media Process (and stakeholders) shown with this much clarity.
I think if each one of these “levels” of the building had an additional paragraph that described how to use tools (ie : Facebook and LinkedIn for Sales/HR) and the diagram wasn’t too busy - it would enhance what’s being shown.
